The Analyst
Probabilities You Can Trace To The Source
The analyst is a statistical model, not a pundit. It uses Dixon-Coles, a proven football forecasting method, and works everything out again after every round of matches.

Attack And Defence Ratings. Every side is rated at both ends from the goals it scores and concedes, with recent matches counting for more.

A Grid Of Every Scoreline. Each side’s expected goals become the chance of every score up to 10–10, and every market is added up from that grid.

Every Main Market. Home, draw and away, over and under 2.5 goals, both teams to score, and the likeliest score.

Elo Alongside. A running strength score, like a chess rating, that tells a genuinely strong side from one with a kind run of fixtures.

Honest In August. Early in a season every side leans towards the league average until there are enough results to go on.

Versioned And Tested. Each version is checked against more than 44,000 past matches before it goes live, and every prediction records the version that made it.
Matchday
Every Fixture, Against The Best Price On The Board
Matchday lists every upcoming fixture with the analyst's probabilities, its expected goals and the best value selection from the bookmakers we track.

Best Value, Highlighted. The selection with the biggest edge in each match, the best price for it and the bookmaker offering it.

Cheatsheets scan the coming fixtures for lines a side, or one of its regulars, has landed in each of its last five matches.
