Changed your mind?
You can cancel a new plan, or a top-up of Hub Credits, within 14 days of buying it. An email is all it takes, and this form is here if you'd rather use one.
How it works.
- Email info@football-hub.co.uk from the address on your account, saying what you bought and when. Or fill in the form below and send that.
- For a plan, we refund what you paid less a fair amount for the days you had it. For a top-up, we refund the credits you haven't used.
- We reply to confirm, and arrange the refund through Stripe, which sells our plans and credits for us, to the card you paid with within 14 days.
- After the first 14 days you can still cancel a plan whenever you like in Settings › Membership. That stops the next renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
